2. What InfoMapa.cat is

InfoMapa.cat is a map and directory of shops, accommodation, restaurants, services, places of interest, routes, events and other local content. Part of the information comes from open sources (OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, Wikimedia Commons, public data) and part is provided by businesses, users and our team.

The information is for guidance only. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but opening hours, prices and contact details can change: please confirm with the business before you go.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site freely to find information. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to publish content that infringes the law or third-party rights, and not to try to damage, overload or access its systems without permission.

Paid services (listing plans, ads, ground logos, traces and merchandise) are also governed by the terms of use and purchase.

4. Intellectual property

The design, the InfoMapa brand, the code and the site’s own texts belong to the owner or are used under licence. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence; base maps by CARTO. Third-party photos show their author and licence on each listing. Content published by businesses and users belongs to its authors, who grant us a licence to display it.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, write to — and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

5. Liability

We are not liable for content published by businesses and users (claimed listings, comments, traces, ads), although we review it and remove anything that breaks the rules as soon as we become aware of it, as provided by the LSSI-CE.

Nor are we liable for third-party sites we link to, or for service interruptions due to external causes or maintenance.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This site is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction.
