Terms of use and purchase

1. Who provides the service

The services are provided by InfoMapa.cat (Tax ID —, Girona, —). By using or buying them you accept these terms, together with the legal notice and the privacy policy.

2. Services

• Basic listing: free. Any business can claim its listing, proving it is theirs, to correct and complete it.
• Listing plans (silver and gold mushroom): full listing and, with gold, your own ads. They last one year from payment.
• Site ads and ground logos on the map: advertising space for the period purchased.
• Traces: texts, photos, audio or videos you leave at a point on the map, for the stated period.
• Seller merchandise: stickers, caps and T-shirts at cost price, produced by Printful.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before payment and include VAT. Payment is by card through Stripe. After payment we issue an invoice, which you receive by email and can download in your area. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, say so when paying or write to us.

Plans and spaces do not renew automatically: we remind you before they expire and you decide whether to renew.

4. Content review

Traces, logos and ads are reviewed before publication. We reject anything unlawful or contrary to the publishing rules (illegal, offensive or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights or has nothing to do with the point on the map) and give the reason. Rejected content can be corrected and resubmitted free of charge.

If published content later breaks the rules, we may remove it, giving the reason.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to —.

Under article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, this right does not apply once a service has been fully performed with your express consent (for example, a trace or ad already published and visible), nor to merchandise made to your specifications or personalised with your code (art. 103.c). If you withdraw from a service already started, the proportional part provided will be deducted.

If you buy as a business or professional, there is no right of withdrawal.

6. Your content

You are responsible for what you publish and warrant that you are entitled to do so. You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it on the site, its maps and its share cards while it is published. You can remove it at any time.

7. Listing claims

To manage a listing you must show the business is yours. If we find that someone has claimed a listing that is not theirs or entered false data, we may remove their access, restore the previous data and block new claims.

8. Collaborators

The relationship with sellers, recruiters and hosts is governed by the collaboration agreement signed with each of them. What appears in their areas (commissions, settlements, percentages) is for information and is paid according to that agreement.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Our liability for a paid service is limited to what you paid for it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and without prejudice to your consumer rights.

10. Changes and complaints

We may update these terms; changes do not affect what you have already bought. If you have a complaint, write to —: we will reply as soon as possible. As a consumer, you can also contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum) or your local consumer services.

Spanish law applies, and the courts indicated in the legal notice have jurisdiction. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
