  1. Your listings: if you manage several, choose here which one to edit.
  2. The pack you have now.
  3. Your highlighted mushroom, if it’s active.
  4. Is someone from the directory helping you? Enter your sales rep’s code.
  5. The two packs, with prices. The price rises with visits: what you pay today lasts you all year.

Step by step

  1. Start from the free listing

    The free listing lets you keep your information up to date and appear as a normal marker. You don’t need a plan to complete your establishment’s basic details.

  2. Compare visibility

    «Ficha completa» (full listing) adds a silver mushroom to stand out on the map. «Ficha completa + anuncios» (full listing with ads) adds a gold mushroom and your own ad inside your listing. That ad isn’t a campaign in other spaces or a ground logo.

  3. Check the price before you pay

    Plan prices change with the directory’s visits. The screen shows today’s price and the next step up. Plans are yearly; the price you pay covers that period even if the counter goes up later.

  4. Check the code and the confirmation

    If a sales rep helped you, enter their code in the optional field and check it before paying. It doesn’t change the price. Follow the payment process and make sure your plan is active. A demo-mode message means no real charge was made.

  5. Keep an eye on the expiry date

    Check your plan’s status in your listing. The system is set to warn you 15 days before it expires, with a 7-day grace period. If you don’t renew, you go back to free visibility; your listing’s information is kept.

If something doesn’t go as expected

I’ve paid and I’m still on the old plan

Wait for the payment confirmation and reopen your listing. If it persists, keep the receipt and contact the team before buying again.
