Coordinate the inspectors’ club premises
The two lists, how to start and end a session and how earnings are split.
The admin panel activates and creates the club. You enter the club area with an emailed link.
- Inspector priority: whoever has waited longest goes first.
- To the end: moves them to the end of the list.
- Has left: removes them from today’s list.
- Sellers who want an inspection, in order of request.
- Start the outing with the chosen inspector.
- Add a seller who came to the venue without a request.
- Recalculate: redoes the sums if someone pays later.
Step by step
Mark who has arrived
In “Hoy en el local”, press “Ha llegado” for each inspector. Only those present and free join the priority list.
Respect the turn
Whoever has waited longest without going out goes first. You can move someone to the top or the bottom if they need it today.
Pair and start
In “Vendedores que quieren inspección”, the inspector whose turn it is is already selected. Press “Empezar jornada”.
End and split
On return, “Terminar jornada”: the app adds up what the seller earned in that time and records half for the inspector. In “Inspectores” you add new inspectors and send them their link.
If something doesn’t go as expected
An inspector has no email
Add them without one: their login link will come to you and you help them sign in from the premises’ phone or tablet.
You’ll run the day at the premises: who goes out, with whom and how much is shared.
