Your invoices and the visit offer
Where to download your invoices, how to ask for one with your tax ID and how the half-price second year works.
Invoices are created automatically with each payment. Only an InfoMapa seller can activate the offer during a visit.
Step by step
Receive the invoice
Each payment creates its PDF invoice, sent to you by email. If you entered your tax details when paying, it is a full invoice with your tax ID.
Download it whenever you want
In your customer area, under “Tus facturas”, you have all the invoices for your listings, each with a button to download the PDF.
Ask for a full invoice
If you need to deduct VAT and the invoice came out simplified, write to us with your tax details and we’ll issue it.
Use the visit offer
If a seller visits you and activates their offer, buying that same day with their code makes your second year half price. You’ll see the offer on screen with a countdown; the discount applies automatically when you renew.
If something doesn’t go as expected
I can’t see the offer
The offer expires at midnight on the day of the visit and only shows if you come in through the QR or code of the seller who offered it.
