Step by step
Open your listing in the customer area
Log into the customer area and open your listing. Look for «Lo que ha recibido tu ficha».
Read the figures
How many times it was opened, people called you, went to your website, asked for directions and wrote to you, over the last 30 days and the last year.
Look at the chart
Openings each day over the last 30 days. Bots and your own visits don’t count.
Improve what’s missing
If people open it but don’t call, check the phone, opening hours and photos. A complete listing turns more visits into customers.
Get the summary every month
At the start of each month you get an email with what your listing received, compared with the previous month and with similar businesses in your town, plus a tip. If you don’t want it, «No lo quiero» in your area.
