Sell gift vouchers and last-minute offers
Put vouchers on sale from your listing, redeem them with the QR and get paid every month.
Go to your client area and press “🎁 Gift vouchers and last-minute offers”. Buyers pay by card on InfoMapa and get the voucher by email with a QR.
Step by step
Create a voucher
The first time, fill in “Where we pay you” (holder and IBAN) and accept the conditions. Then, in “+ New voucher”, choose the type. A gift voucher (“Dinner for two”, “€30 voucher”) is valid for a year from purchase. Say what it is, what it includes and the price; units are optional.
Or a last-minute offer
To fill gaps today or this week: price, how many units, until when it is on sale and how many days it is valid after purchase. It shows on your listing with a lightning bolt ⚡.
Redeem it when they show it
Scan the voucher QR with your phone camera: it takes you to your area with the code filled in. Press “Check”, see who it is for and press “Mark as used”. You can also type the code.
See what you sold and what you will receive
“Sold” lists each voucher, whether it is unused or used and when it expires. “We will pay you” is what has been redeemed (and what expired unused, which is also yours) and not yet settled, after the commission. We transfer it at the start of each month.
If something doesn’t go as expected
The QR asks me to log in
It is your client area: log in once on that phone with the email link and next time the QR will take you straight there.
It says it has already been used
Each voucher can be redeemed only once. If you think it is a mistake, write to us with the code and we will check.
You will sell vouchers from your listing and know how to redeem them and when you get paid.
