Cover a town as a group

How an outing works: your part of town, your listings, passing them to a colleague and taking the free ones.

Before you start

An outing is organised by a recruiter with their group, by the panel (also by minibus) or by the driver of a car trip. If you’re going, it appears in «Salidas».

Step by step

  1. Open the outing

«Salidas» lists the planned ones with the town, day, time and how many are going. Open it to see the meeting point and who’s coming.

  2. See your zone on the map

The town’s free listings have been split into zones: each person gets a slice of the town and the same number of listings, like pizza slices. On the map each person has their own colour; yours are also in your portfolio.

  3. Pass a listing if needed

If a listing suits a colleague better (it’s on their street, they know the owner), in «Mis fichas» choose who and press «Pasar». The commission goes to whoever holds the listing when it’s sold.

  4. Take the ones nobody has

Below are the town’s free listings. If you walk past one, press «Me la quedo» and it’s yours.

  5. Close the day

The organiser marks it done at the end. Each listing stays in the portfolio of whoever holds it, to keep working on another day.

If something doesn’t go as expected

I can’t see any outing

You only see outings you’re going on or organising. If you don’t have a car, look at «En coche»: you can ask a colleague for a seat.

Someone couldn’t come

The organiser can pass their listings to another person in the group from the outing itself.

When you finish

You’ll know which part of town is yours, how to work it and how to share the work with the others.
