Suggest a place missing from the map
A business that isn’t there: fill it in on the spot, with a photo, and the panel reviews and publishes it.
It’s best done in front of the business, with your phone: phone number, opening hours and a photo are worth more than anything else.
Step by step
Open «Sugerir»
In your sales area, «Sugerir un punto nuevo». Fill in the name, type and address and place it on the map.
Add what you can see
Phone, opening hours, website and a photo. You can take it on the spot with your phone camera. Leave a note for the panel if needed: “opened a month ago”.
Check it isn’t there already
If it looks like a place we already have, «Puede que ya lo tengamos» appears. If it’s a different one, press «Es otro sitio: mandarlo igualmente».
Follow its status
Below you see your suggestions: pending, approved or with the reason if they weren’t accepted. The panel may correct some details before publishing.
If something doesn’t go as expected
It was rejected
Read the reason: it’s almost always a missing photo or the place already existed under another name. You can send it again, corrected.
Your suggestions will arrive complete and appear on the map sooner.
