Travel by car with colleagues
Post your trip if you have a car or ask for a seat if you don’t; when you arrive, the town is split among everyone.
Any sales rep can post a trip or ask for a seat from «En coche». Nobody is left out for not having a car.
Step by step
If you have a car, post your trip
In «En coche», fill in «Tengo coche: publico un viaje»: which town you’re going to, the day, where you leave from, at what time and how many free seats you have.
If you don’t have a car, ask for a seat
«Coches con plaza» shows the planned trips, those in your comarca first. Press «Pedir plaza»: if there’s room, you’re in. Nobody can be in two cars on the same day.
Arrange to meet
On the trip page, everyone in the car sees the others’ phone numbers to arrange things. If in the end you can’t go, press «Me bajo del coche» as soon as possible to free the seat for someone else.
When you arrive, split the town
The driver presses «Salimos: repartir el pueblo»: an outing is created with everyone in the car and the free listings are split into zones. Each person sees theirs on the map.
When you’re back, the fuel
The driver presses «Hemos vuelto: apuntar la gasolina». They take a small percentage of what their passengers earn with the trip’s listings, shown on screen. If nothing is sold, nobody pays anything.
If something doesn’t go as expected
It won’t let me ask for a seat
The car is full, the trip has already left or you’re already in another car that day. The screen tells you which.
Fuel was deducted in «Lo mío»
It’s the driver’s share for the listings you sold on their trip. The entry says which car and which day.
